Sub Branch Manager
Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing daily banking activities
- Develop business strategies by widening market share and branch portfolio to achieve selling target in funding, cross-selling, lending, branch assurance, etc
- Develop good relationship with existing or new customers
- Ensure branch-services matches with standard operation
Requirements:
- Male or Female, below 40 years old
- Hold Bachelor Degree from any major with GPA min 2.75
- Have experiences as Sub Branch Manager in bank for at least 5 years
- Having well knowledge about operasional bank, financial analysis, system and law of credit in bank
- Strong leadership, integrity, and loyalty
- Having good problem solving, managerial, selling, communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skillSend
